We’re accepting panel proposals for the Saints & Sinners LGBTQ+ Literary Festivals!
GUIDELINES
All 2027 SASFest panels must meet the following criteria:
- include between three and four participants, plus a moderator
- be 75 minutes long
- include a title and description in line with SASFest program standards
- include a short bio; a link to a press-kit or website for each participant; a high-res author photo for each participant and other possible topics which they are available to discuss (i.e. small press publishing, the craft of adaptation)
- the panel proposer/organizer may be a moderator or panelist and will be the primary contact point between the participants and the Festival
The Saints & Sinners LGBTQ+ Literary Festival is a project of the Tennessee Williams & New Orleans Literary Festival. It is held in person in the New Orleans French Quarter between March 19-21, 2027.
- Participants will be required to fund their own travel to and stay in New Orleans
- Each will receive a registration discount and an invitation to the SAS Welcome Party on Friday, March 19
We encourage you to look through last year’s program (https://www.sasfest.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/2026-SAS-Program-for-website.pdf) to familiarize yourself with our literary programming, namely our writer’s craft sessions and literary discussion panels.
