David Pratt

David Pratt is the author of the novels WallaƧonia (Beautiful Dreamer Press), Todd Sweeney: The Fiend of Fleet High (Hosta Press), Looking After Joey (Lethe Press) and the Lambda Award-winning Bob the Book (Chelsea Station Editions). He is the author of Two Plays (Hosta), and he is currently in the midst of publishing a series of 16 zines comprising an “anti-novel” called The Book of Humiliation, designed and illustrated by Michigan artist Nicholas Williams. David’s short story collection, My Movie (Chelsea Station), includes short fiction originally published in Christopher Street, The James White Review, Velvet Mafia, and other periodicals. David has directed and performed his work for the theater in New York City at the Cornelia Street Cafe, HERE Arts Center, Dixon Place, the NY International Fringe Festival, and in Detroit at The Forge. In the 1980s, David was the first director of plays by Canadian playwright John Mighton.
